Faridabad/ Alive News: A 16 year old patient Sachin native of SGM Nagar has accused the doctor for molesting with him while doing ultrasound in Swanya Imaging Center. Sachin is a stone patient and being treated at ML Gupta Nursing Home. The incident occurred on Thursday, when Sachin was advised by doctor of ML Gupta Nursing Home to go for ultrasound. The patient talking to media said he went to Swanya Imaging Center for his ultrasound. He said he had already been given pain killer injection in ML Gupta Nursing Home, by which he was in some unconscious condition and taking advantage of this, the doctor of Swnaya Imaging Center molested with him.
However, doctors refuse it. Dr Suresh Arora, District President of Indian Medical of Association stated that the patient has just an illusion. Dr Arora said we personally know doctor of Swanya Imaging Center as well as ML Gupta Nursing Home. He further said ultrasound is done without clothes and the doctor touches to the affected parts, so that result should come better, but if someone makes this issue then it is wrong. Dr Arora said we do not ignore the victim’s right and the case will be investigated fairly, he added.
Mitra Pal, SHO NIT said this incident is under investigation and legal actions would be taken after the report arrives.
