Faridabad/ Alive News: D.C. Model Sr. Sec. School, Sector-9, Faridabad organized an orientation day programme for its parents on April 1 in the school auditorium here today. The programme started with the auspicious lamp lighting followed by a power point presentation by Gunjan, in which she introduced the school and the activities.
The presentation was followed by a group song by the students of class 12 highlighting the importance of peace in day-to-day life and the students of the Noddy’s nursery play group presented a foot tapping dance portraying the value of respecting the parents.
Meanwhile, teacher Sheetal presented her presentation in which she told about the various activities of the Noddy’s Nursery play school. An interactive session with the counsellor reminded the parents to spend quality time with their children and be aware of time robbers. The parents met the teachers and were greatly reassured by the end of their interaction. The parents left the school premises looking forward to the start off their child’s school life.
