Faridabad/ Alive News: To provide better facility to its patients, now B.K Hospital has decided to link patient’s history with adhar numbers. For this, now the patients will have to visit the hospital with adhar card and show the card while registration, after that their case history will be linked with their adhar card.
If we assume the hospital, after this process, there would no need to be worry when patient’s file or OPD card losing. Because, due to Adhar link the patient’s complete medical history will be computerized.
Preparation of online registration
The civil hospital has been done fully computerized. The patient’s registration is going on online. Many hoarding and pamphlets to patients come with Adhar Card are visible in most of the places of the hospital, by which this process could be started smoothly.
After linking people case history with their Adhar link, patient’s case history will be displayed with a click in the civil hospital or any govt. health center. The patients are being asked to come with their Adhar Card. Notice Board have been installed in the hospital.
