Faridabad: ESIC Corporation is going to serve a special facility in its courtyard from the month of the December. By which, the card holder patients who are forced to wait their numbers in long row for treatment will be finished soon, because now the corporation is preparing to avail an online facility for OPD. For this, a centralized website for all ESIC hospitals is being prepared at headquarter level.
According to the officials, a target has been set to launch this website in the first week of the December. The card holders will be able to take online appointment from the same website for ESIC hospital that is located in NIT-3. In this regard, all details of the Faridabad ESIC hospital has been set to the headquarter of the hospital. Actually, online appointment will be started for running special OPD of the hospital in its early stage and then for general appointments.
HR officer Prnav Kumar says a written statement had been sought to the hospitals, health officers from the director general of the corporation in this regard, that has been now collected. He further said work is on to make the website and target bas been set to launch this service in the hospitals in the first week of the December.
Actually, online registration of OPD, thus facility is not available in any hospital of the city so far and it will be the first of its kind if this facility starts in ESIC hospital NIT-3.
