Faridabad/Alive News: An important decision from the Deputy Commissioner of Faridabad has been issued for those who did not have the driving license yet or going to apply for this. Now people have no need to get a medical checkup done for DL. They will have to claim to be medical fit themselves and then will be able to apply for learning license. The applicants will have to come twice in the government office for the license, but the rest work will be done online. The license will meet to the applicants at their doorstep after implementing this system. To make this process an easy, the Deputy Commissioner, Sameer Pal Saro inspected to the E-Disha center located in mini secretariat, Sector-12 on Monday.
During this, additional Deputy Commissioner and Faridabad SDM, Jitendra Dahiya, Ballabgarh SDM Amardeep Jain, Governance Cooperative Anil Jain and district information officer Vipin Gupta were present on the occasion.
The Deputy Commissioner Saro said that the applicants would have to pay only Rs 150 fees for learning license and the medical fees has been finished. Saro said that there is no need of medical checkup for renewed the license the government has completed all process to make the license online. Now people can get their all type of fees can be deposited along with applying the license form, for this the applicants will have to visit on the official site. The applicants will have to go to the SDM office to photo shoot and driving test.
The Deputy Commissioner told that the state government has signed MoU with postal company. According to this agreement the applicants will have to pay Rs 30 for the DL delivery to their doorsteps.
