Max hospital license canceled

New Delhi/ Alive News: Delhi government taking stringent action against Max hospital, Shalimar Delhi has canceled its license. The hospital had declared dead of twin newborn baby and handed over their bodies to their kins after packing in a plastic bag recently. But one of the baby out of them was alive, who later died during the treatment.
The Director General of State Health Service (DGHS) has ordered the hospital not to recruit any new patients and stop all outdoor health services with immediate effect.
A committee constituated by three members submitted its report to the State Health Minister Satyendra Jain on Friday. After which, the health minister told the incident is unacceptable, because the hospital is violating the rules respectively.
The minister Jain said that Delhi Medical Council and Medical Council of India is authorized to take action in the matter.
The Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that we do not want to interfere in routine work of the hospitals, but their loot and negligence will not be accepted.
However, the hospital management dubbed its as unfair and said that the hospital was not given enough time to put its side and the patients will be suffered through the government decision. We will consider all the options against this order, the management said.
