Faridabad/Alive News : Manav Sanskar Public School celebrated Van Mahotsav with great zeal and enthusiasm. The day began with planting the saplings by the students in the school’s nearby locality. The students showed eagerness towards planting the trees despite of scorching heat. Students also made the people aware about the rising importance of conserving nature by saving trees. Students show their talent by different slogans, poems etc. The curiosity to learn and the will to create a change was clearly seen among the students.
The prominent personality (Retd.) Air Marshal Mr. L.N. Sharma (AVSM) along with Mr Manmohan Dutt and Mrs Poonam Mittal became our chief guests and made this event more graceful and knowledgeable. Appreciation certificates were also awarded to students who showed their extra efforts during this program.
The chief guest Mr. L.N. Sharma motivated the students to work selflessly and encourage others to adopt ‘Go Green’ theme in their lives. He encouraged teachers to upgrade skills & adopt new teaching techniques according to NEP.
The Director Mr Yogesh Sharma, the mentor Mrs Rama Kaul and the Principal Dr. Kaumudi Bhardwaj also appreciated students for the role played by them in planting and tending of trees in preventing global warming which is a serious concern nowadays to save our mother earth.
