Faridabad/Alive News: Manav Sanskar Public School celebrated Grandparents’ Day with great excitement and love to honor the special bond between grandparents and grandchildren. The school auditorium was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and festive atmosphere for the event.
The celebration began with the traditional lamp lighting ceremony in the presence of Director Mr. Yogesh Sharma, Principal Dr. Kaumudi Bhardwaj, Mentor Mrs. Rama Kaul, and Mrs. Reena Mishra, along with many proud grandparents. The event was hosted by Ishika and Mansi from Class 9th and was well organized by Komal Ma’am and Jaimala Ma’am.
The program started with a welcome dance by Class 3 students, which filled the hall with joy and energy. It was followed by cute and colorful dance performances by children of Nursery, LKG, UKG, and Class 1, guided by Deepmala, Khushbu, Anisha, Goldi, and Prachi Ma’am. The little kids, dressed in bright costumes, won everyone’s hearts with their sweet smiles and happy moves.
Students of Class 2 presented a role play under the guidance of Kanchan Ma’am, showing the importance of grandparents in our lives. Their performance gave a beautiful message about love, respect, and family togetherness.
Principal Dr. Kaumudi Bhardwaj welcomed all grandparents and thanked them for their love, care, and guidance. She praised the children for their wonderful performances and spoke about the importance of learning from elders.
Director Mr. Yogesh Sharma also shared his thoughts and thanked all grandparents for being the foundation of every family. He appreciated the efforts of teachers and students for putting together such a meaningful event and reminded everyone to always show respect and care towards elders.
The celebration ended with refreshments and warm conversations between grandparents, students, and teachers. It was a heartwarming day full of smiles, joy, and lovely memories for everyone.
