Faridabad/Alive News: The kindergarten students of our school celebrated Shake-a-Day with great enthusiasm on the last working day before the summer vacation on Monday in school premises. The event aimed to provide a fun and engaging experience while teaching children about healthy summer refreshments.
The classrooms were adorned with colourful decorations, featuring fruit cut-outs, balloons, and streamers. The young learners arrived in bright summer attire and were thrilled to participate in the celebration. Adding to the charm of the day, each child wore a handmade chef cap, which made them feel like little master chefs.
Under the supervision of their teachers, the children participated in preparing delicious and nutritious summer drinks. They worked with simple ingredients like milk, yoghurt, and ice cubes to create refreshing shakes & drinks. The excitement was evident as they helped blend the fruits, mix ingredients, and pour their homemade drinks into cups.
After preparing their shakes, the children proudly enjoyed the drinks they had made. Teachers used this opportunity to talk about the benefits of fruits and staying hydrated during the summer.
The celebration concluded with joyful music, dancing, and a group photo session with all the little chefs showing off their caps and bright smiles.
At the end of school, Principal Mrs. Jyoti Dahiya appreciated the efforts of the students as well as teachers and showered her blessings.
