Faridabad/Alive News: The Electrical Engineering Department of J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology organized a Syllabus Revision Workshop.
Prof. YP Verma, Prof. M. Rizwan, Sandeep Bhardwaj, Arun Subramanyam and internal experts including Prof. ML Aggarwal, Prof. Pradeep Dimri, Mr. Nikhil Dev along with faculty members of Electrical Engineering Department.
The workshop session was headed by the Chairperson of the Department, Dr. Anju Gupta, and take up the agenda items of the workshop. During the workshop, the main emphasis was put on the minor degree as a specialization in electric vehicles to be implemented from session 2023-24 in the department.
Various Suggestions were made by the experts and faculty members for the revision of the scheme including the framing of baskets in research areas of Electric Vehicles like Battery Management System, Controllers, Economic Analysis, and Policies.
They also discussed the Modus – Operandi of implementation of National Education Policy-2020 (NEP-2020) in scheme and syllabi of UG programs of the Department and the revision of the scheme and syllabus with specific amendments pertaining to course objective and course outcomes for all UG/PG courses in the department. The workshop was coordinated by Dr. Rashmi Agarwal and Dr. Sakshi Kalra.
