Faridabad/Alive News : With a view to creating awareness about health issues, the Health Centre of J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad in collaboration with Asian Fidelis Multi Speciality Hospital, Faridabad organized a free Health Check-up Camp in the University premise.
A team of doctors from Asian Hospital including Dr. Nandini, General Physician and Dr. Bitapi Ghosh, Senior Dietician conducted the camp. Registrar Dr. S.K. Garg took a round and inspected the camp and appreciated the efforts made by the Health Centre for conducting a health awareness program for the benefit of University students and staff.
The program was successfully organized under the guidance of Dr. Ankur Sharma, Medical Officer, and coordinated by the staff of the Health Centre. During the camp, doctors provided free consultations to the staff and students. In addition to this, free Blood Pressure Check-ups, Blood Sugar Check-ups, and ECGs were also carried out to create awareness about Cardiac, diabetes, hypertension, and other health-related issues. Over 150 staff and students attended the Camp for the health check-up and availed of the benefit.
