Faridabad/Alive News: Dynasty International School, Sector 28 celebrated Janmashtami. The celebrations were filled with devotion, dance and cultural activities that brought the festival spirit alive for Dynasty International School young students. The celebrations began with a heartfelt Puja (prayer ceremony). The children gathered around a beautifully decorated altar where a small idol of Lord Krishna was placed.
The little children offered flowers, prayed and sang bhajans (devotional songs) in praise of Lord Krishna. The atmosphere was serene and filled with innocence and enthusiasm that only children can bring. After the Puja, the celebrations took on a more vibrant tone with a series of dance performances. The children were dressed in the costumes of little Krishna and Radha. Colourful costumes, sparkling jewellery and wide smiles made the performances captivating.
The celebrations concluded with the distribution of prasad (sacred food offerings). This Janmashtami celebration was a memorable event that gave the children a chance to connect with their heritage in a fun and engaging way.
