Faridabad/Alive News: J.C. Bose University of 13 students from the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) Program has secured placement in Accenture, one of the world’s leading IT services and consulting firms.
The placement drive was part of the university’s ongoing efforts to bridge the gap between academia and industry by fostering employability among its students. Accenture conducted rigorous rounds of aptitude tests, technical assessments, and personal interviews, selecting candidates for roles in technology, operations, and innovation.
Congratulating the selected students and the Department of Computer Applications, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sushil Kumar Tomar said that the selection of students from BCA Program in the leading IT firm like Accenture reflects the increasing demand for skilled professionals in the IT and technology sector and highlights the University’s commitment to nurturing industry-ready graduates.
Dr. Shilpa Sethi, Chairperson, Department of Computer Applications, stated that this accomplishment is a testament to the quality of education and the comprehensive training programs provided by the University to the students.
She extended best wishes to the students for their professional journey. She said that the Training and Employment Cell of the University has been instrumental in preparing students for such opportunities through soft skills training, mock interviews, and industry interaction sessions.
