Faridabad/ Alive News: Scholars Pride School, sector-16, Faridabad realized the need to discover the hidden abilities of the scholars. In order to give practical shape Scholars Pride organized “Interschool General Knowledge Quiz Contest” on 18th October 2016. During this eighteen prestigious schools of Faridabad participated.The highlights of the contest were the Current Affairs, Scientists and Discoveries and Sports. The top six teams who cleared the online screening test entered into the Oral Quiz.
There were eight rounds comprising of General Science, History, Geography, Literature, Current Affairs, Sports and Entertainment, Visual and Buzzer round with hilarious Jackpot Round. Meanwhile a question round for the audience as well as the staff of various schools conducted. However, Modern Delhi Public School stood First, MVN Aravalli school bagged Second and Modern School was at the Third Position. The winning teams were felicitated with Cash Prize , Trophy and Certificates.
The Director of the School Mr Mahesh Sachdeva appreciated the strenuous efforts of the organizer Smt. M S Leela and congratulated the teams for their excellent performance.
The programme was attended by Chairman Capt. M.L.Sachdeva, Manger Mrs. Charu Sachdeva and Principal Mr. A. K.Saxena.
