Faridabad/ Alive News: The health department has launched a survey for a real number of patients of cancer, diabetes and blood pressure patients throughout the state. The survey will reveal that how healthy are our state people? This Risk Factor Survey has been launched at the initiative of National Health Mission and has been completed in 19 districts of the state. Now the survey team has reached Faridabad. The survey is being conducted jointly by PGI, Chandigarh School of Public Health and Non communicable diseases cell.
According to Dr Gulshan Arora, Chief Medical Officer, B.K hospital, this survey will be conducted keeping in view of two and half crore population of the state. He said those methods will use in the survey by which condition of cancer, diabetes and blood pressure will be confirmed. Dr Gulshan Arora said the survey will be completed in faridabad in September. A team comprising 18 members has come to conduct survey, he added.
