Faridabad/Alive News: Faridabad Model School, Sector 31, celebrated the festival of lights with an inspiring Eco-friendly Diwali Celebration. The school was beautifully decorated with lights, lanterns, and vibrant colors, creating an atmosphere of joy, unity, and hope. To mark the occasion, kindergarten students took part in fun class activities such as Diya Decoration, Lantern Making, and Rangoli Making. They also presented a lively Dance Drama during a special assembly.
Students from the Senior Wing decorated their floors on the theme “Kindness is a Boomerang”, while the Middle Wing worked on “Unity in Diversity” for the Rangoli and Class Decoration Competition. Their creative efforts and teamwork showcased the spirit of togetherness, peace, and harmony. Through their artwork, students shared meaningful messages about celebrating a Green Diwali, spreading kindness, and promoting peaceful coexistence among all.
FMS Academic Director, Mrs. Shashi Bala, along with the coordinators, extended warm Diwali wishes to the students and praised their creativity and enthusiasm. They also encouraged everyone to celebrate Swachch (Clean) and Swasth (Healthy) Diwali by avoiding firecrackers and choosing an eco-friendly and peaceful way to celebrate with family and friends.
The celebration filled the hearts of students and staff with festive cheer, leaving everyone with a sense of happiness, togetherness, and Diwali spirit.
