Faridabad/Alive News: Faridabad Model School (FMS), Sector-31, celebrated Christmas with great joy and enthusiasm on the school campus. The festival, which spreads the message of love, sharing, and caring, was marked by various colourful and meaningful activities involving students from all wings.
The celebrations began with a special morning assembly featuring an Inter-House Carol Singing Competition. Students gave impressive performances, creating a true Christmas atmosphere by presenting scenes from the birth of Jesus Christ along with melodious carols.
The school campus was beautifully decorated with bells and stars, adding to the festive charm. Students from the pre-primary wing looked delightful in red and white outfits with Santa caps. The arrival of Santa Claus brought smiles and excitement among the children as he distributed sweets and gifts.
Students enjoyed dancing to popular Christmas songs like “Jingle Bells”, took part in creative craft activities, and enjoyed cooking without fire. The happiness and excitement were clearly visible on the faces of the children throughout the day.
As part of the celebrations, students also visited St. Andrews Church, Sector-28, Faridabad, where the Father spoke about the birth and life of Jesus Christ. He highlighted the importance of caring for others, sharing, and spreading goodness in society.
The event concluded on a joyful note with students dancing to Christmas carols and exchanging festive greetings. FMS Academic Director Mrs. Shashi Bala blessed the students and wished everyone a Very Happy New Year.
