Remember during emergencies, families are in stress so speak such a way all can listen or understand easily. Speak politely and humbly. Don’t speak slowly or loudly, give them information again if they are asking, but don’t be rude. Be responsible and make better relation with them. Give help and support with your mouth works, but don’t give false information. Reassure them everything is ok or will be ok never be angry. Your anger can take their life.
