Communication is not just a word speaking, but also includes non verbal massage conveyed through body language, such as gestures and facial impressions. Your effective communication can save life of injured person or patients. It depends up to you which type of body language are using with their families and colleagues. You need to reduce fear and motivate them. Remember during emergencies, families are in stress so speak such a way all can listen or understand. Speak politely and humbly. Don’t speak slowly or loudly, give them information again if they are asking, but don’t be rude. Be responsible and make better relation with them. Give help and support with your mouth works, but don’t give false information. Reassure them everything is ok or will be ok never be angry. Your anger can take their life.
