Faridabad/ Alive News: Now life of handicapped children basically deaf and dumb will be happy. They will be able to speak and listen like other children. This scheme under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment is being arranged for aged 0 to 5th years old. For this, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Ali Yavar Jung National Institute for Hearing Handicapped, Mumbai and Sarvodaya Hospital & Research Center, Sector-8, here in district today. Under this, a surgery will be conducted, so that disable children will be able to listen.
During this, Chandershekhar, commissioner and president of Dist Red Cross Society told that a list of 35 disable children with the MoU has been sent to Sarvodaya Hospital. He appealed to the parents to submit their application at Dist. Red Cross Society office, and administration will full cooperation in this regard, he added.
