Faridabad/ Alive News: Delhi International School, Sector 88, Greater Faridabad, celebrated Republic Day with great zeal under the able guidance of Chairman Mr. T. S. Dalal, Headmistress Rashmi Singh and Manager Mr. Prayas Dalal here in its courtyard today. The celebration was held in two slots. The senior wing showcased their talents in the form of various dances, skits, songs on ‘Republic Day. Similarly, the junior wing too presented various dances & songs which instilled a spirit of patriotism in the students.
Meanwhile, the headmistress Rashmi Singh enlightened the students about the essence of ‘Republic Day’ and adoption of constitution on 26th November, 1949 & bringing into force from January 26th 1950. The chairman T. S. Dalal distributed medals of Olympiad & digital extravaganza to the students, and sweets were distributed to the students and all staff members.
