Faridabad/Alive News: The Republic Day celebration at DAV Public School NH3 NIT Faridabad, was a grand and memorable event, bringing together students from classes Junior wing to class V to honor India’s Republic Day. The event aimed to instill within the children the spirit of patriotism , national pride and foster a sense of unity among the young minds. Our National symbols were reinforced and little ones saluted the National Flag.
The event began with Gayatri Mantra followed by a series of engaging activities for the students. The tiny tots dressed as soldiers of the Armed Forces and National leaders added to the Patriotic fervour and charm to the celebration. The program began with a thoughtful speech delivered by Shailey of Class II-(B) highlighting the importance of this day. Students of grade -I & II presented a group dance filled with the essence of patriotism.
The children showcased their talent through series of activities and performances. Patriotic songs and Fun Quizzes on facts about our country India added zest to the celebration. Tri-colour activities were conducted to celebrate and acknowledge the significance of this historic day. The children were thrilled to take home Tri Color bands prepared by them during the different activities in school.Students from classes III – V participated in vibrant patriotic songs and dances. Trisha of Class IV and Samriddhi of Class V showcased their talent and displayed deep patriotism through their acts.
The cooperation and enthusiasm displayed by all students and teachers contributed to making the day a memorable one.
The School Principal Jyoti Dahiya gave an appealing speech & told the children to feel pride in being Indian & wished them Happy Republic day. She also appreciated teachers, and students who participated in the ceremony, which set a solemn and patriotic tone for the day.
We look forward to continuing this tradition in the future and celebrating our nation’s heritage with the same enthusiasm and spirit.
