Faridabad/Alive News: DAV Public School, NH3, celebrated Teachers’ Day, honoring the tireless efforts and dedication of their esteemed educators.The event began with a heartfelt welcome of all .To add more joy to this celebration students from various classes presented a cultural programme including – song from Classes 9 & 10, speech by Mehar , Class 10, Reah ,Class 10 presented a self – composed poem showing her appreciation and gratitude for her teachers and dance performances by the students of Class III ,showcasing their appreciation for their teacher that We brought a smile to their faces and made this day even more memorable.Teachers are not just individuals who teach us subjects like Mathematics, Science, or English.
They are our mentors, guides, and role models who help us become better human beings. They teach us life lessons, values, and ethics, which help us succeed not only in academics but also in life. A teacher’s contribution is invaluable, and their impact on our lives is everlasting.It is said that teaching is the profession that creates all other Professions , and at some point, we have all imagined ourselves in the role of a teacher.
For many students, it’s a dream to stand in front of a class, just like the teachers they admire, and share knowledge with others.This very day, some of our Class XII students got the opportunity to live out that dream—to step into the shoes of their teachers, if only for a little while. This experience not only brought them closer to understanding the art and science of teaching but also deepened their respect for the incredible work that educators do every day.It was a chance for them to experience the immense responsibility, the joy of sharing knowledge, and the fulfillment that comes from making a difference in someone else’s life. The teachers were visibly moved by the gestures, and many expressed their gratitude for the love and respect shown by their students.
Everyone took away memories of love, respect and admiration for teachers.The school Principal, Ms. Jyoti Dahiya congratulated her team for their contributions in shaping the institution . She said as educators we are not just teachers ,but mentors , role models and guardians .
