Faridabad/Alive News: Students of DAV Public School NH-3, NIT celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi in a unique way on 19 September 2023 and received blessings of Bappa. The special gathering started on a spiritual note with the recitation of the famous Ganesh shloka. After this Naitik of Class-II presented the idea of the day and remembered Lord Ganesha.
Also Shivanshika of Class 1(A) and Riddhi of Class 2(A) gave speeches, highlighting the importance of this day. UKG(A)’s Kunal presented his views on Ganesh Chaturthi. The little dancing stars of Class 1 (A and B) danced to a medley of Ganesh songs, adding to the charm of the entire assembly. A film based on “Lord Ganesha” was also shown to the children.
On this occasion, the little ones made eco-friendly Ganesha with the help of their teachers. The students were explained about the significance of the festival and the importance of eco-friendly ways of celebrating the festival. The whole atmosphere was festive.
In the end, School Principal Jyoti Dahiya addressed the gathering and wished everyone a happy Ganesh Chaturthi. The program concluded with the chants of ‘Ganpati Bappa Moriya-Agle Baras Tu Jaldi Aa’, which echoed like a celebration in the entire campus. Overall it was an enjoyable day for everyone.
