Faridabad/Alive News : DAV NH-3 School organized SUMMER CAMP ‘2024 in the school. The summer Camp commenced on 20 May . Summer Camp included Sports , Computer and Creative Activities .Recreation for the anxious children during the holidays gave them an opportunity to learn new skills – Dance, Art and Craft , Theatre, Singing and excel in Sports. Students participated in the events with
great zeal and enthusiasm.
In keeping with the theme of creativity, Art and Craft Activities, Clay Modelling, Creating Best out of Waste activities were carried out to help the students to develop their bilateral coordination, fine
motor skills, promote their artistic efforts . Champions keep playing until they get it right. Students had a fun time enjoying Sports Activities.
They were delighted to participate in Volleyball , Archery and Cricket matches. Skating and Martial Art was carried out by professional trainers. Music and Dance are great stress removers. Dancers are the messengers of the Gods. Dance , Music and Theatre were also a part to shorthand the emotion . To enhance the Computer Skills Brochure Making ,Poster designing , Video Making etc were taught to the students .
The camp aimed at keeping the students engaged and provided them an even platform to explore and express their creativity in any form as per their interest. Certificate of participation was given to all the students. It was a memorable moment for all the students to be a part of the Summer Camp as they were able to overcome their fears, try new things , pushed their boundaries and realize self sufficiency.
We concluded the camp with a Grand Closing Ceremony of Summer Camp with a Volley Ball Match followed by the Exhibition . Principal Jyoti Dahiya acclaimed the participation of students in all the
activities. She motivated the students to follow their hobbies and enjoy their summer vacation and also to be at home and stay healthy and safe. Every year students also look forward for this kind of camp to enhance their knowledge and skills.
