Faridabad/ Alive News: DAV NH-3 , believes in “Self-defense is the need of the hour in present scenario for both male and female”. By keeping this view in mind and to encourage the defense skills of the youth, DAV Public School, NH-3, Faridabad, organized an Inter School TaeKwondo Tournament under 17 in its annals. The Big Day was inaugurated by the social activist Pratima Mohanty who is running an NGO Sledge Hammer.
She wished all participants a grand success. From the various eminent schools of Faridabad 300 students participated. There were three categories of the participants – Sub Junior, Cadet and Junior. All age group participants showed their talent and toil of day and night. The talent of young buds mesmerized the spectators.
The principal of the school congratulated the winner teams and appreciated their hard work. She blessed all for their dazzling future. The day was a grand success for everyone.
