D.A.V. School Sector 49 Organises Annul Function ‘VIVIDHA 2.0’

Faridabad/Alive News : D.A.V. Public School hosted its much awaited Annual Day celebration, Vividha 2.0 – A Spectrum of Joy, showcasing the boundless energy and creativity of its Kindergarten tiny tots.

The event commenced with the welcome of the Chief Guest, Dr. Punita Hasija, followed by the lighting of the lamp and offering prayers to the Almighty. The annual fiesta was a vibrant display of talent, enthusiasm and innocence, leaving the audience spellbound.

The highlight of the event was the enchanting fairy tale saga of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, brought to life by the young performers. Their lively expressions, colourful costumes and heartwarming performances transported everyone to a world of magic and wonder. The elaborate props and backdrops added depth and detail to the performance, bringing the story to life.

Adding to the celebration were mesmerizing Wiggle and Giggle, Goan, Gujarati and Bharatnatyam dance performances by the little stars, making the event a true cultural extravaganza.

The Chief Guest Dr. Punita Hasija (Former President, IMA Haryana; Chairperson, MSN JDN, IMA Haryana; Vice President, Faridabad OBG Society) emphasised the crucial role of parents and teachers in shaping a child’s future through proper guidance, values and a nurturing environment. She concluded by applauding the school’s efforts in providing holistic education and ensuring a happy, healthy and balanced childhood for all the students.

Encouraging the young minds, Principal Sh. Rajan Gautam stated that every child is a bundle of possibilities and it is the duty of the school and the society to nurture their potential. He highlighted the crucial role of mothers and teachers in shaping a child’s character, equally emphasising the need to blend culture and spirituality in education. He underscored the importance of educating girl child and affirmed that a strong foundation of love, culture and education ensures children’s bright future.

The performances by the tiny tots received much appreciation from the parents and the guests alike. The event concluded with a vote of thanks, followed by Shanti Path and the National Anthem, leaving behind memories of a joyous and delightful celebration.
