Faridabad/Alive News: Under the flagship of Arya Pradeshik Pratinidhi Sabha Haryana, a grand 77 Kundiya Havan was organized in the premises of D.A.V. Public School, Sector-37, on 25th March 2025, at the initiative of the Principal Ms Deepti Jagota, to celebrate the 77th birthday of the esteemed Pradhan of DAVCMC, Arya Ratna, Padma Shri Punam Suri. The event aimed to invoke divine blessings for the Pradhan, expressing gratitude for his guidance and leadership, and wishing him a long, healthy, and prosperous life.
The students performed the Havan with immense devotion under the guidance of their teachers. Following the Havan, Principal Ms. Deepti Jagota showered her blessings upon the students and enlightened them about the Arya Samaj teachings and contribution of our respected Pradhan in the dissemination of Vedic culture and teachings of Arya Samaj.
She appreciated his key role in fostering the growth of D.A.V. institutions. She also emphasized the importance of embracing Vedic culture and carrying forward these traditions to make the world a better place, instilling values of peace, harmony, and compassion.
The event progressed with a prayer for the well-being of the D.A.V. leadership and the entire D.A.V. community, with a heartfelt wish for continued growth and success under the guidance of Shri Punam Suri. The programme culminated with Jai Ghosh and Shanti Paath.
