Faridabad/Alive News: D.A.V. Public School, Sector – 37, organised the Annual Appreciation Day for the students of the Middle, Secondary and Senior Secondary Segment on 17 July 2024. It was a day to commemorate the efforts of the meritorious students who with their hard work and diligence proved their mettle.
The School Principal, Ms. Deepti Jagota along with Dr. Palki Aggarwal – the Guest of Honour, Sumita Dey, the Supervisory Head of the Senior Secondary and Secondary Segment and Ashu Pandita Kaul, the Supervisory Head of the Middle Segment awarded the proud achievers with trophies and certificates.
The students of Classes VI to IX, who scored above 90% in aggregate, were awarded Academic Excellence Award. The Top of Tops Award was also given to the achievers of Class VIII along with the Full Attendance Award to the students of the Middle Segment.
High Achievers Award was given to the Subject Toppers and Meritorious Award was accorded to the students securing Perfect 100 in Class X. Academic Excellence Award was given to students of Class XI for securing 75% and above while the Stream Wise Toppers were awarded and Subject Toppers received the High Achievers Award. The Class XII students who brought laurels to the school with their outstanding academic brilliance were felicitated with trophies and certificates.
The Principal also honoured the proud parents whose presence made the event a grand success. It was truly a great event that inspired the students to strive harder to achieve their dreams.
