Faridabad/Alive News: After all, day to day long rain awakened to Municipal Corporation Faridabad, and now its chief appeared on roads. The entire area has submerged, resulting commuters as well as residents is facing several difficulties. This problem is raising question mark on the department preparations. However, Commissioner of the department, Dr. Aditya Dahiya said the Municipal Corporation will ensure that people should not face difficulty due to waterlogged in the corporation’s area. Acting on this initiative, himself he along with superintendent engineer, D.R. Bhaskar visited waterlogged areas as Dabua- Pali road, Jain Mandir Dabua, Pyali Chowk, Mujesar, Ajronda Chowk, Ballabgarh bus stand, Panchayat Bhavan Ballabgarh and Tigaon constituency.
During the inspection Commissioner of Police, Dr. Hanif Qureshi was also present at Disposal, National Highway. He said a strict instruction has been issued to all engineers to ensure water drainage from the corporation’s area and strict action is bound against of those who will be found guilty in this matter, he added.
He further said an outsourcing junior engineer Dheeraj has been suspended due to negligence in his work, while other the same engineers were warned to improve their work within 12 hours.
