Faridabad/ Alive News: A workshop to make aware to the students about “Cancer” was held in Jiva Public School, Sector-21B, Faridabad on May 2, 2017. The workshop was held by Interact Rotary Club on behalf of the school and Dr Krishna Kumar Tiwari conducted the workshop on behalf of NGO ‘Holistic Awareness Mission’. Dr Krishan Kumar Tiwari while addressing the students as well as teachers said that “Healthy body is precious wealth”. It is our responsibility to protect its, but in today’s scenario, due to disease we are to face several problems.
According to Dr Tiwari country like India where cancer is still known as a dangerous and incurable disease which name occurs panic in people. He says this is not a dangerous and incurable disease, but can be treated if it is known at right time. He explained to the children what exactly cancer is and how it can be controlled. He told that this might be several reasons of the disease, but tobacco, smoking and drinking is the leading cause of the disease.
At the end, the president of the school Rishipal Chauhan in his message said discipline life is mandatory for healthy life and we should control our diet. During this, the school principal including vice-president was also present on the occasion.
