Ballabgarh AIIMS Branch OPD connected to national highway

Faridabad: The day is not so far when speed would increase for carrying patients in new emergency ward as well as OPD of All India Institute of Medical Sciences’ (AIIMS) branch here in Ballabgarh, because it is being discussed to connect new OPD of the AIIMS branch with the national highway, so that serious patients can directly reach to the hospital without facing any problems.

The hospital due to close the national highway many patients from town and surrounding villages come for treatment. In view of rapidly growing patients and providing them better facility, a new modern OPD has being constructed, which cost about 10 crore is being told.

“Ballabhgarh AIIMS Branch OPD is almost ready. It is likely to inaugurate in the first week of month Jun and then the OPD would be connected with the national highway, by which patients would be allowed to come the hospital from outside, while inside gate will be for doctors as well as staffs of the hospital. Motors parking will be arranged by the national highway and is a plan to build a park inside the hospital.” Professor Shashikant, in charge of Ballabgarh AIIMS Branch.
