Faridabad/Alive News: DAV Public School, Sector-37, Faridabad celebrated Appreciation Day 2026 on March 28 with great joy and proper organisation. The event was held for Pre-Primary and Primary students under the guidance of Principal Ms. Deepti Jagota.
Ms. Charu Maini, Principal of DAV Public School, Uppal’s End, Gurugram and a National Teacher Award 2024 winner, attended the event as the Chief Guest. Mr. Siddharth Bajpai, a Supreme Court advocate and a former student of the school, was also present and inspired everyone.
The programme began with the lighting of the lamp, followed by the Gayatri Mantra and DAV Gaan. The guests were warmly welcomed. Young students performed a lively welcome dance, and a beautiful ballet titled Atulya Bharat showed India’s cultural diversity and the role of DAV schools in nation building.
A total of 685 students from Nursery to Grade V were honoured for their achievements in academics and other activities. Ms. Charu Maini encouraged students to work hard and aim for success, while Mr. Siddharth Bajpai advised them to follow honesty and determination.
The event highlighted the school’s focus on overall development of students and ended peacefully with the Shanti Path.
