Faridabad/Alive News: Now another gift of Foot over Bridge (FOB) is going to meet to the passengers on Old Faridabad Railway station. It has been approved by the Railway Minister, Suresh Prabhu. Apart from this, coaches indicators will also installed on all platforms of the station. After preparing its DPR will be sent to the Railway Board. Earlier, the Railway Passenger Facility Committee visited here and had demanded of FOB. Member of passenger facility committee working under the railway ministry, Dr. Ashok Tripathi shearing information said that he had held a meeting with the railway minister on April 24, in which FOB’s problem was tabled.
The minister was informed that passengers have to face difficulties whenever the two local trains come at same on two different platforms, in thus condition, the passengers frequently lose their respective trains. On which, the minister has given an order to GM of the railway department to construct another Foot Over Bridge. Simultaneously, he also instructed to accelerate the construction of new building that is under construction for seven years. He has ordered to complete the new building within 6 month. Dr Tripathi told that even after the station being number one there is no indicator of train coach, but taking it too serious, the minister has ordered to install coach indicator, he added.
