Faridabad/Alive News: Indian shooter Adarsh Singh brought pride to the nation and his school by winning a silver medal in the 25-meter Rapid Fire Pistol event at the Asian Rifle/Pistol Championship 2026, currently being held at the Dr. Karni Singh Shooting Ranges.
Adarsh, a former Junior World Champion, competes in both the 25-meter Rapid Fire Pistol and 10-meter Air Pistol events. Over the years, he has achieved several important milestones in international shooting competitions.
Earlier, he won a bronze medal in the 25-meter Rapid Fire Pistol at the Asian Games Hangzhou 2022. At the South Asian Games 2019, he secured gold, and also won bronze at the Asian Shooting Championship the same year. He later added another achievement by winning silver at the ISSF World Cup 2021 in the 25-meter Rapid Fire Men’s Team event.
The school administration congratulated Adarsh on his achievement. Academic Director Shashi Bala praised his dedication and hard work, saying his success is a matter of great pride. Director-Principal Umang Malik also extended congratulations and called Adarsh an inspiration for young students.
