Faridabad/Alive News: Faridabad Model School Sector-31 organized FMS CUP 2022. A two day inter-school basketball championship. The closing ceremony was graced by SDM Pankaj Setia, J.P.S. Sangwan, Devinder Rathi- Commissioner Income Tax, J.P. Malhotra – President DLF Industries, S.R. Tewatia, Ramesh Chaudhary and the leading light of the institution H.S. Malik, Former Chairman Govt. of Haryana.
The guest of honour Pankaj Kumar Setia addressed the team members and mentioned that sports activities develop the overall personality and identifies the strengths of the students in a particular sport. 18 top teams from various schools of Faridabad participated in the event. It was great to see such enthusiasm and high level of energy amongst officials,
students, the participating teams.
The winner of FMS CUP 2022 was the proud team of Sector-43 followed by MVN, Sector-88 grabbing the 1 st Runner-Up & FMS Sector-31 taking the 2 nd Runner-Up trophy.Vishwam Jha of MVN, Sector-88 was declared the best player of the championship. FMS Director Principal Umang Malik presented the Vote of Thanks to all participating teams and guests and to the FMS fraternity for making the event a grand
success.
