Faridabad/ Alive News: The Deputy Commissioner, Sameer Pal Saro invoked people to make the city free from polythene and also instructed to all concerned officers to take strict action if someone violating the rules. This instruction released in a meeting that was attended by various officers, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jitender Dahiya, MCF Additional Commissioner, Parth Gupta, Municipality Baleena, SDM Ballabgarh, Pratap Singh, District revenue officer, P.D Sharma and District development and Panchayat officer, Jarnail Singh in DC office in Sector-12 here today.
Addressing the gathering the Deputy Commissioner, Sameer Pal Saro said all strategy should bring in exercise to make the city free from polythene and resolve people’s problems effectively if come in the way. The DC said all arrangement has been done in this regard and an instruction has been given to all the concerned officers to not allow people for using polythene in any form, and ensure strict action against them who violate the rules.
He appealed the city’s people to cooperate the administration to make the city polythene free. The DC said using of polythene is not only harm for human live but also animals and birds. He has instructed that production of polythene, storage, sell and its user will be punishable offense.
