J.C. Bose University Students Visit Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya for Educational Tour

Faridabad/Alive News: The Department of Communication and Media Technology at J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad organized an educational visit for its students. A group of 21 students from B.Sc. Visual Communication and Multimedia Technology (2nd and 4th semesters) visited the Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya in New Delhi.

The visit was guided by Assistant Professors Ajay and Ravi. During the tour, students explored different galleries of the museum and learned about India’s democratic journey, the freedom struggle, and the contributions of all Prime Ministers since Independence. They also saw rare documents, historic speeches, and important artifacts related to the freedom movement.

Prof. Pawan Singh, Chairperson of the Media Department, said that the visit was not only about learning history. Students also observed modern presentation techniques like motion graphics, exhibition design, and artwork arrangement. This helped them understand how visual communication can be used to present complex information in an interesting and effective way.

During the visit, students gained knowledge about the making of the Constitution, the role of different Prime Ministers in building the nation, and technical aspects of exhibition design. The trip also helped in increasing their awareness about civic values and national pride.

The students thanked Prof. Pawan Singh and the Drishya Club team for organizing the visit and supporting them throughout. Overall, the tour was informative and inspiring for everyone.
