Faridabad/Alive News: DAV Gian Prakash Chopra Public School, Sector-49, Faridabad, celebrated its Annual Day for Classes III to V on December 13, 2025, with great enthusiasm and cultural spirit. The event, titled “VIVIDHA’25”, highlighted the creativity, confidence and talent of the students along with the school’s focus on all-round development.
The programme began with the chanting of the Gayatri Mantra, followed by a prayer and the DAV Anthem. The event was formally inaugurated with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp. The Chief Guest, Mrs. Anna Jang, CEO of Ivet Impex Pvt. Ltd., and the Guests of Honour, Shri Suren Utrejaa, Chairman of Bhoomi International, and Shri John Cheon, CEO of SKM International Pvt. Ltd., were welcomed with floral bouquets.
The Swastivachan was recited to seek peace and prosperity. Students then presented a series of cultural performances, including a graceful Mahavishnu Stuti classical dance and traditional presentations like Sohar Janam and Jenau, reflecting India’s rich cultural heritage. The main attraction of the event was the Hindi skit “Singhasan Battisi – A Gaurav Gatha”, performed by students of Classes IV and V. The skit delivered strong messages on moral values and leadership, winning appreciation from the audience.
The School Annual Report was presented, sharing the academic achievements and co-curricular successes of the school during the session 2025–26. Addressing the gathering, Principal Shri Rajan Gautam praised the efforts of the students and teachers and stressed the importance of moral values along with academic learning.
The Chief Guest and Guests of Honour appreciated the confidence, discipline and creativity of the students and encouraged them to work hard and aim for excellence. The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks, followed by the Shanti Path and the National Anthem.
The Annual Day celebration “VIVIDHA’25” was a grand success and truly reflected the school’s commitment to nurturing confident, culturally aware and responsible students.
