Faridabad/Alive News: Manav Sanskar Public School celebrated the festival of Diwali with great excitement and happiness. The school was beautifully decorated with diyas, rangolis, and colourful decorations, creating a festive atmosphere all around.
The celebration began with an inspiring speech on the importance of Diwali by Rupam Ma’am, who spoke about the victory of good over evil. Kritika Ma’am then shared the story of Lord Krishna lifting the Govardhan Parvat during Govardhan Puja.
Students of Nursery and LKG presented a joyful Diwali dance that filled the audience with festive cheer. The UKG students also performed a lively dance, adding more sparkle to the celebration.
Students of Classes 2 and 3 performed a short play showing Lord Ram’s return to Ayodhya after 14 years of exile and his Rajya Abhishek, which was enjoyed by everyone.
To make the celebration more special, a class decoration activity, rangoli, and house board competitions were held among the four houses — Mercury, Uranus, Saturn, and Earth. The students displayed great creativity and teamwork, and Mercury House won the Rangoli Competition.
Principal Dr. Kaumudi Bhardwaj encouraged students to celebrate an eco-friendly Diwali by avoiding crackers and spreading happiness. Director Mr. Yogesh Sharma praised the efforts of teachers and students for making the event a big success.
The celebration ended with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to everyone who contributed.
