DAV School sector-37 organised Capacity Building Drive

Faridabad/Alive News : To help teachers grow and improve their skills for today’s changing education needs, a three-day Capacity Building Programme was held at D.A.V. Public School, Sector-37, from 26 to 28 June 2025. The event was organised by DAV Centre for Academic Excellence for the Palwal-Rewari Cluster.

For the first time, a special two-day workshop was also organised for Music teachers from all DAV Public Schools in Faridabad. Mr.Devendra Verma ‘Brajrang’, an expert from Parul University, Vadodara, and Pracheen Kala Kendra, New Delhi, led this workshop.

Principal Ms. Deepti Jagota welcomed all participants and shared that regular training helps teachers discover new teaching methods and improve learning outcomes. The workshops were a great success and left teachers motivated and better equipped for the classroom.

A total of 268 teachers took part in 23 subject-wise workshops. These sessions focused on improving creativity, critical thinking, and innovation, preparing teachers for 21st-century classrooms. Such training programmes are regularly held to keep teachers updated and confident in facing new challenges.
