Faridabad/Alive News: Manav Sanskar School, Dheeraj Nagar, witnessed a vibrant and devotional atmosphere on the occasion of Parshuram Jayanti and Akshay Tritiya, celebrated with great enthusiasm by students and staff.
The program began with a special assembly that included prayer, a brief speech by Ms. Rupam Mishra on the significance of Parshuram Jayanti, which marks the birth of Lord Parshuram, the sixth incarnation of Lord Vishnu — and the spiritual importance of Akshay Tritiya, a day believed to bring good fortune and prosperity.
Students dressed in traditional attire participated in cultural performances, including devotional songs, highlighting the life and teachings of Lord Parshuram. The school principal, Dr. Kaumudi Bhardwaj addressed the gathering and encouraged students to follow the path of righteousness and bravery shown by Lord Parshuram.
The School Director Mr. Yogesh Sharma also addressed the students to inculcate moral values in life to lead a successful and peaceful life.
A special display board was set up to showcase the history and values associated with these auspicious occasions. Teachers also conducted classroom sessions to educate students about the historical and mythological relevance of both festivals.
The celebration concluded with the distribution of sweets and a pledge by students to uphold values of discipline, courage, and respect for tradition. The day was a blend of learning and celebration, leaving a lasting impression on all.
