Faridabad/Alive News: Earth Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Manav Sanskar Public School, highlighting the importance of environmental awareness and sustainable living. The event featured a Special Assembly, a House Board Competition and a special Blue Day Activity for the primary classes.
A special Assembly was held on this special Event. A Speech on Earth Day was delivered by Vaishnavi from class 8th and Aditi Singh from Class 9th. Meanwhile, Ms. Nisha Rawat also delivered a speech to motivate the students to keep our environment clean and safe.
The House Board Competition saw all houses showcasing creative and informative boards themed around Earth Day. The boards were filled with vibrant visuals, messages on conservation, and innovative ideas to protect our planet. Each house put in remarkable effort, making it a tough task for the judges to decide the winners. The judges Respected Director Sir Mr. Yogesh Sharma, Ms. Rama Kaul and Ms. Reena Mishra appreciated the Hard work and efforts of students of all the four houses.
Meanwhile, the primary wing participated in Blue Day, where students came dressed in blue attire, symbolizing the Earth’s water bodies. The little ones engaged in fun and educational activities like coloring, storytelling, and singing songs about nature. Teachers also explained the significance of Earth Day through interactive sessions, helping young minds understand the importance of caring for the planet.
The event concluded with a pledge taken by all students to reduce, reuse, and recycle, and to become responsible citizens of Earth. The school Principal Dr. Kaumudi Bhardwaj applauded the students and staff for their dedication and creativity in making the celebration meaningful and memorable.
