Independence Day marks nation’s freedom and sovereignty, DAV Public School NH 3 NIT Faridabad celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor in the school premises. The school campus was beautifully decorated with flyers all around..
The auspicious programme commenced with Gayatri Mantra, which evoked the spirit of enlightenment and gratitude towards Almighty.
The event exuberated with the speech which made us believe nothing is more precious than independence and liberty. The school choir presented immensely sublime songs with name “Geet Khushi Ke” . Fancy dress with eye catching performances were presented by our tots of kindergarten.
Scintillating dance performances on the song, Aisa Kesariya was presented by students of grade 1 and 2 . Our senior students of class X performed beautifully which showed their stimulated love and reverence for our beautiful
motherland through their dance performances.
The celebration was truly a memorable one, which inculcated everyone with the feeling of patriotism, integrity, and harmony.
The program culminated by our Principal Ma’am ,Ms. Jyoti Dahiya who not only appreciated the efforts of every student and faculty members but also appealed everyone that – every citizen of India must remember that he is an Indian and he has every right in this country, but with certain duties as quoted by Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. She also congratulated staff members, students and every citizen of Independent India a very Happy Independence Day.
