Faridabad/Alive News: An Eye Camp was organised in DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL premises to check the eyesight of the students belonging to Classes L.K.G. to VIII .Under the able guidance of the Principal, Ms Jyoti Dahiya the camp was conducted by Lions Club , Faridabad. Mr. A.D. Bhatt and his team –mates were given a floral welcome. The objective of the camp was to check the eyesight of the students and the students whose eye- sight was weak were advised to refer a doctor.
The camp started at 9:30 AM and lasted till 2:00 PM for all the students of classes LKG to VIII.The eyesight of more than 200 students was tested. The doctors brought well-equipped eye examination tools to examine the students effectively. The event was a fruitful one as many students benefited from the eye check-up and the timely intervention of the school helped them to focus on their studies in a better manner. The event not only helped to prevent the further deterioration of the eyesight of the students but also provided a sense of relief to the parents.
