Faridabad/Alive News: If children are mentally healthy then they will concentrate fully on their studies. keeping this in mindDAV Public School Ballabhgarh observed Mental Health Week for classes 6th to 12th by organizing Meditation Session in collaboration with Art of Living.
Himanshu, an Art of Living Teacher and his team spoke about types of stress and how one can handle them through some breathing exercises called “Pranayama”. He further elaborated that how changes in life style can result in a stress free environment. An active interaction with the students made him share his ideas and thoughts on ways to convert stressful situations into pathways to opportunities.
The session concluded with an Interactive Session between the Instructor and the students in which queries of the students were addressed satisfactorily. The whole session was quite refreshing and reviving.
The Principal Namita Sharma motivated the staff and the students conveying the importance of Yoga and Meditation in one’s life.
