Haryana/ Alive News: Taking an effective step in health sector, Haryana Health Minister, Anil Vij has announced to install 4 thousand CCTV cameras in government hospitals across the state. After this announcement, internal security of hospitals, better treatment of the patients and protecting doctors from rowdy elements will be proved effective.
Health Minister Anil Vij said 4172 CCTV Cameras will be installed in 166 health centers for an observation of internal security of state’s hospitals and better treatment of the patients. Minister Vij said that community health centers, sub divisional hospitals and district civil hospitals are included in the health centers. He said 960 CCTV Cameras in 20 district civil hospitals, 792 CCTV Cameras in 36 Subdivision hospitals and 2420 CCTV Cameras in 110 community health centers will be installed.
Vij said the department has invited tenders so that cameras installation work could be done in hospitals. The minister said that applying the cameras in hospitals will not only stop the theft, while behavior of doctors with patients, all information of treatment done by physicians will be receiving. Apart from this, abusive behavior committing with doctors by Anti-social elements will easily be received from the cameras, he added.
