Faridabad/Alive News: The Central Government has promoted 15 officers from the Haryana Civil Service (HCS) to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). The appointments were made by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, under the Government of India.
These promotions cover vacancies from the years 2021 to 2024 and were done according to the IAS (Recruitment) Rules, 1954. The decision was taken in consultation with the Haryana Government. All selected officers have been placed under the Haryana cadre and will be on probation until further notice.
Here is the list of promoted officers by their respective select years:
Select List 2021: Vivek Padam Singh, Dr. Munish Nagpal
Select List 2022: Mahender Pal, Satpal Sharma, Sushil Kumar-l
Select List 2023: Varsha Khangwal, Virender Singh Sehrawat, Satyender Duhan, Manita Malik, Satbir Singh (ADC Faridabad), Amrita Singh, Yogesh Kumar, Vandana Disodia
Select List 2024: Jaideep Kumar, Samwartak Singh Khangwal
These officers will now serve as IAS officers in Haryana.
